2014

After illustrating for my newborn, I became interested in creating narrative images. To build up these images, I got inspired by photography and novels. These pieces are about stories of the society I left and the one I'm living in. Some are very personal, like "white scream", and some witnessed and heard by all of us every day like "Out There". One of my technical challenges was to bring colors in to my pieces after 7 years of painting in black and white. For a while, I copied some of the masterpieces palettes (specially Matisse)  which helped me to elaborate colors in my compositions .
